Common questions
- How do I back up my map? — Open the ☰ menu and choose "Export map." This saves a file you can keep as a backup or move to another device. If you're signed in to iCloud, your maps also sync between your devices automatically.
- My devices aren't syncing. What should I check? — Sync runs through your private iCloud, so each device needs to be signed in to the same iCloud account and have an internet connection. Also check that iCloud is enabled for MapWho in your device's Settings.
- How do I log a call with Siri? — Say "Hey Siri, log a visit in MapWho" (or "log a catch-up") and follow the prompts. The first time you use it, iOS asks you to allow Siri to use shortcuts with MapWho, so it's best to set this up while you're not driving.
- How do I restore a purchase after reinstalling? — Open the MapWho Plus screen and tap "Restore Purchases."
